install-sgmlcatalog - maintain transitional SGML catalog

install-sgmlcatalog --remove package

install-sgmlcatalog removes entries from the transitional SGML catalog file /etc/sgml/transitional.cat.

--remove package: Indicates to remove the entry for the package package.
